Each call is received by a dispatcher who logs information into the computer.  Before dispatch, there are factors that need to be considered such as current time, resources, and naturally, the situation at hand.  These factors determine the course of action, which is relayed to our security patrol officers who are always on hand when you need them.  We take our response time very seriously and work to arrive at each situation in a safe and timely manner.
