Qualifications
Qualified applicants must be willing to attend training academy in SLC for three days. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for a prolonged time. Full Physical requirements available at interview. Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age or older. • Must have a high school diploma or GED. • No criminal convictions that would preclude the applicant from working in the security field. • Must be able to pass a drug screen. • Must have a desire to work with the best and be the best you can be.

Dispatcher
Job Description
CBI Security is looking for full time and part time dispatchers. Part time shifts will have more flexibility. If you like working on the phones but hate the pressure of sales or unattainable performance standards, this is the position for you. CBI will train you on all of the dispatch experience you may lack and will give you the opportunity to start your career in administration or law enforcement. As a dispatcher, you will be working with a team so you will always have a partner to rely on for any questions after your week long training.
Responsibilities
• Handling sensitive & confidential information. • Checking on all of our Security Officers and their safety. • Dispatching Patrol Officers to Alarms across the valley using 2-way radio & a program specifically designed for our alarm response. • Large amount of documentation using Microsoft Excel. • Answering & directing phone calls and greeting office visitors. • Clerical tasks (filing, scanning, copying, data entry, etc.) • Any other office related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Must be personable, professional and have a positive attitude. • Must be able to handle high-stress situations. • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be comfortable using or learning Microsoft Excel & the internet. • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, positively support and contribute to a team environment, and have the capability and desire to learn. • Typing & ten key skills desired.
